Services
Services included in the basic Hire Fee include the following:
- A visit to the barn prior to the event for planning.
- Heating of the barn during the hire period
- 3 hours’ cleaning services after the event
Facilities
The following Facilities are included in the Hire Fee.
Grounds
General access to the grounds as shown on the Site Layout map, including:
Use of the bonfire* area
Pedestrian access to lawn, terrace & woods
Use of the car park on hard standing
Use of secondary parking in the field in dry weather
Note: Absolutely no fires outside bonfire area
Lavatories
Ladies & Gents
Main Room
Use of open fire*
Use of lights during hire period
Use of gas heaters while guests present
Use of tables and chairs for 35 - for inside use only
Use of 3 double 13 amp sockets
General
Use of 100 amp power supply during hire period
Fire extinguishers provided for emergencies
*Logs for the bonfire or open fire available at extra cost
from Cripps Catering & Marquees
