Before booking
This assumes that you've been to see the barn, have talked through what you want to do, and are happy as far as the Barn Hire goes.
Please then look carefully through the Cripps Catering site and make absolutely sure you are comfortable with the menus and costs shown, as Cripps Catering is the sole supplier at Cripps. You will probably have seen a price example giving rough figures for the numbers you are planning but if you haven't, please ask for one and look at it carefully before booking. On the Planning page there is information on Minimum Prices and marquees.
Provisional Bookings
Once you've made a firm decision to go ahead, please email or phone us and we'll be happy to hold a date for you for 7 days while you check with key people that the date is good. We'll email you our Booking Forms.
If you're having a Civil Ceremony and it's less than a year ahead, you'll also need to check with the Registrar that they can do the date. If it's more than a year ahead, you'll need to confirm the Cripps booking and then - very important - call the Registrar exactly a year ahead to reserve your date. Confirming the Booking
Before the end of the 7 day Provisional Booking period, please send us the completed Booking Form by post, either enclosing a deposit cheque made out to Cripps Barn Hire for half the Hire Fee plus half the £150 Ceremony Fee if applicable, or transferring the deposit to our account (we'll email you details on request).
The Booking is formally confirmed when your payment has cleared and we've sent you a copy of the countersigned Booking Form and an invoice receipting your deposit.
